What is Korean Man Bacon?

1)when an adult has to get circumcised for whatever reason, and he asks to keep the removed skin so that he may eat it, display it, try to sew it back on.
2)when a circumcised man uses real bacon, in the place of a foreskin.
both examples are especially common in korea, thus the name
1) "dude, i just got an opperation, fancy a bite of my korean man bacon sandwich?"
2) "woah man, are you jewish?" "no, let me get some bacon first"
