What is Kosher Meats?

Defined in DEUTERONOMY 14:3-21.

Orthodox Jews and Yahwists abstain from eating pork, lobster, shrimp, crab, clams, oyters and catfish as they are not kosher meats.

Beef, chicken, turkey, lamb and most fish are considered kosher.
