What is Ko-slut?

A female immigrant of Eastern European origins who whores herself out in America. She provides these services on the side for cash, and her friends are left in the dark. Knowing English is optional. Term originally derived from inhabitants of Kocskemét, Hungary.

Anna is a prime example of a ko-slut.
