What is Koukontenshi?

A person who goes into threads, journals, blogs, posts and insults the person in a way that almost looks like they arn't. (See Example A.)
A koukontenshi is also a hypocrit since its most likely thier own blog is filled with things seen in example B.
Example A:
User 1: Sigh, I'm feeling a little lonely today
User 2: Oh how sad, perhaps you should build a raft for that river of tears.
User 1: your really pulling a koukontenshi with that post.
Example B:
koukontenshi journal: Oh my, I am sick again, I shall have to make more appointments with the hospital to see what is killing me, oh woe is me, i hope I am okay.
