What is Kowaltchuked?

To steal, borrow without ever returning or scury away with someone's lighter. Can be intentional, unintentional or second nature.

Person 1 "Can I borrow a lighter?"

Person 2 "Sure."

Person 2 never got their lighter back. It was Kowaltchuked.

"Hey, you Kowaltchuked my lighter" is the appropriate response.
