Italian word meaning a cool guy (or girl, when Krasta). Slang often used by people from Milano, in particular people living in the city.
Fonzy#1: I've got two beers and a couple of joints lets find some girls and move to the next disco.
Fonzy#2: Yeah man, you really are a KRASTO. (very intelligent man).
