A krillbilly is a fisherman who is at the lowest level economically, socially, and ethically. He will kill any species of fish, be proud of it, and eat it. He is also a thief and opportunist, with little or no education. He has trouble communicating at all levels. Consider him untrustworthy and dangerous.

Recent angler ''B.D." who caught and killed the new record for Greater Hammerhead Shark, a magnificent yet increasingly rarer species many consider unedible. After killing this fish he stated...''I know there is a bigger one and I'll get him too...''

i.e. I can't believe that krillbilly just ate our bait and stole my wallet!
