What is Krim Dela Krim?

A title that replaces the title "the best of the best". Adds an "urban" touch to it (See example 1). When someone says something good/great, you respond with "krim dela krim, homie" (See example 2).
1. That guy is krim dela krim.
2. "Yo, last night was awesome!"
