What is Krista Drama?

Drama that is self-inflicted, treated as more serious than it is, or both. A person experiencing Krista Drama will either fixate on it, doing nothing to fix things, or will only do something idiotic to further complicate things.
Sarah: "Did you hear about Laura? She got into a fight with her boyfriend because he didn't call her right after work. He didn't even say he would! Now she's upset and won't shut up about it."
Rachel: "That's Krista Drama for you."
