An idiot. But not as one that you would hate. Like if your friend does something really dumb, and you laugh your ass off you call them a krogo

A person who can make anybody laugh. They usually hang out with the skaters or punks, but is hated by no one for some odd reason. They also tend to be in bands. They can be seen trying to embarrass their friends, making fun at preps as they walk by, and trying to pretend someone they aren't purposely for laughs.
