What is Kudona?

To let go of; to release; to clear negative emotions. To master one's emotions through not attaching to anything. A Kudona Master doesn't hold any emotional attachments and releases any emotions that arise. An emotional freedom technique developed by Gray Room Healing and SolAdvice LLC.
They used kudona to stay calm in a tense situation. Through kudona I was able to focus and control my reactions.
