What is Kwatts?

This is used to describe someone who is so incredibly lazy they will do anything to avoid work. In some cases it runs through the family with members conspiring to get days off, pretending your grandparents are serious ill in hospital is not uncommon.
On the whole they are a waste of space in the community.
Lou: hey you hear diane is on the sick again?
Jamie: Yeah she's such a kwatts.
