What is Kwaut?

Used to describe a person who is the dumbest smart person you will ever know. They tend to use malpropisms or say words that just aren't quite right for the situation or are simply pronounced wrong.
Kwauts say things like: "That person is darkly complected" or "Will there be gratituitity added to the check." Also including phrases like "Thats a sexual induendo" or "If its any constellation..."
