South American species of Urban Cougar that is rumored to be closely related to the Chupacabra. This species survives in a constant state of mental incompetence,and survives on the gossip and drama of other closely related pillhead species.Characterized by their moustache, terrible accent, and shiny face. Their preferred method of hunting is irc chatrooms.
