What is Kyohei?

Kyohei is basically the best thing that's ever happened to this world. Pronounced Key-O-Hey. Kyoheis tend to come from the Philipines or Japan, or maybe a mixture of the two. They are a rare creature who seem to have happiness disorders and never get sad. Kyoheis are awesome!!! And amazing friends!
