What is Kyth?

Immigrant aka someone not born in America. Usually of Arabic Heritage. Usually speaks Arabic as first language and has a thick English accent. This person usually has a mystically acquired American citizenship, however, it seems as if he doesn't even have a green card. He is therefore an illegal immigrant.
