It's a word that was coined at the university in Ifrane, Morocco. It comes from the Arabic word 'Adi which means 'normal'. Hence, it is a connotation for a natural situation.
One guy can be asked about what he did in a certain matter, and he would answer: it's l3aadz, meaning he did what should be done normally.
