What is Laapir?

1. Is a person who drives to and from the gym, spends twenty minutes trying to find the closest parking spot to the front door and then spends 30 minutes on a stationary aerobics machine.
2. A person who thinks that by just wearing workout clothes in a gym environment will get in shape.
Did you see that Laapir, they spent at least 15 minutes driving around looking for a close parking spot to the front door.
What a Laapir, that person only lives two blocks away from the gym, yet drives to the gym to run on the treadmill.
She is a Laapir, she just walks around in spandex talking to people working out and then goes home.
