What is Labo?

Someone who is unfortunate enough to have had a parent that is Lebanese and another parent who is Aboriginal. Usually results in a piece of refuse that signals calls for mandatory euthanasia.
Bystander 1: Is that abo sniffing petrol?
Bystander 2: That's no abo, that's a labo. And he's sniffing petrol laced with base dude.
