What is Lady Job?

Giving a manual sexual favor to a female, usually a standard fingering. Can be used to gain favor or social capital with that female. It's the female version of the standard blow job to gain favor or social capital with a male.
Note: standard cunnilingus may also be used in the Lady Job.
Sarah: "Hey I heard that you passed your 300-level spanish class. How did you do it?"
Jordan: "I gave my prof two lady jobs a day for the entire semester."
