Lag Depression comes from the word lag. It is the resultant state of mind that a person suffers from due to lag. Especially if there is nothing they can do about thier laggy situation. Example too many computers sharing a single connection or lack of funds to upgrade PC. Lag Depression can also be developed by an individual that does not suffer from lag but knows someone that does.

Joe: Whats the matter with George?

Alex: He's got Lag Depression, to many people sharing his connection.

George: No he still has a bad case of Lag Depression.
