it is when a nub is all QQ (crying about getting killed) about LAG very common in CS:S or CS:1.6
for EX you get a head shot on one of these lagnubs they blame it on lag all the time unless they kill you and then they think they are the best and all the lag is gone but if they get killed again guess what the lag is back
