Normally used to describe White or African people who act arrogant and boastful but have no real substance.
It originated in South London, near the Croydon area after a famous incident showed up a boy, nicknamed Lalemi, to be lying about explicit exploits he had done.
It is used interchangeably with the word Wasteman
