noun; a word used to describe a very unintelligent person who still attempts to succeed in college. usually, one who is described as lameace will be expected to flunk out, and usually does within the first few semesters of school.

joe: "man, i'm turning in to such a lameace!"

joe: "i can't, i'm completely retarded!"
