A silly sally that is typically of the homosexual brand who enjoys savagely necking in public areas especially in basement parties with all of his/her close friends observing. Afterward, a typical lampman will ferociously begin a snuggle session with the closest person...so beware of his temptingly bald booty (unless you are a gaylord)
Man that Lampman sure enjoys sitting around a fire, knitting with his "girl-friends" in a sequin vest, talking about cute guys and such.
