To share files at a computer network meeting (or LAN party).

Its the nerds way of saying "hook a brother up".

Rather than burn a tonne of dvds and cds worth of good stuff, just transfer it over the network (or leech) at the next LAN gathering, before playing an epic session of games.

person 2: "nice one.... LAN it up."
