Literally translates to "boat." Can be used to refer to a large object or person but is mainly used to refer to a large automobile.
"Hey ese, we rollin' to that party in my Cadillac or what?"
"Chale homie, I'm not down to roll up in that lancha!"
or
"Damn vato, I saw your woman at that party show up with her lancha ass friends."
