a person who is freakishly tall, or a tall person with freakish properties, can be used as an insult by a shorter person to a taller person to imply that being taller than them is weird, can also be an endearing term used by a shorter person so imply to a tall friend: although you are tall i still love you.

OR

"you're such a lanktoid" (either as insult or a jockular endearing affectionate nickname)
