Is often very playful with the opposite sex but is usually someone who is a closet homosexual. Most "Lapi's" have a habit of playing practical jokes in an attempt to make themselves feel popular and important in a world that shuns them. Most Lapi's are Italian in origin, but have long since been asked to leave Italy, as their lack of the Italian Stallion qualities embarasses their society.
