What is Lapi?

Someone who is of a gangly nature. They have a habit of putting a bowl on their head before cutting their own hair, then using bleach to add "highlights". Is often very playful with the opposite sex but is usually someone who is a closet homosexual. Most "Lapi's" have a habit of playing practical jokes in an attempt to make themselves feel popular and important in a world that shuns them. Most Lapi's are Italian in origin, but have long since been asked to leave Italy, as their lack of the Italian Stallion qualities embarasses their society. Most Lapi's are into interior decorating, further affirming their bottom loving sexuality.
