What is Laptop Party?

When you and all of your friends get together to chill, but everybody brings their laptops and spends the time on facebook.
Note: A laptop party is not a LAN party, a LAN party has some semblance of a social element, while a laptop party does not.
Georgie: Hey Billy, what're you doing tonight?
Billy: Oh just going to Bob's for a party.
Georgie: Oh sweet! Can I come?
Billy: If you want, it'll be a total Laptop Party though.
Georgie: Oh, I see. I'll just drink and smoke myself into a lonely stupor in my mom's basement.
