In reality, these women are specifically localised in the United States of America, are often on welfare and have a reputation of producing numerous children in an attempt to abate society and prove they can have sexual intercourse with a male of the same species.
Most 'large and in charge' women who are caucasian have black babies.

Generally a woman who is of larger than generally accepted weight, but is comfortable within her own skin. This kind of woman can be sexy inspite of her weight and often takes no shit. These women can be of any race, the only requirements is that they are "large", "Like Themselves as they are" and "Take no shit"
