The Ultimate Insult, by default. No matter what anyone else says to insult you, if you call them a largp, it trumps their verbal assault instantaneously. Do not try to understand the mystery of what it actually means, for only those who breed prairie dogs by the light of asteroids can truly comprehend it's depth. It also cannot be modified or expounded upon. You cannot call someone a "necro-geriatric bovine, falafel- felchinglargp." The word "largp" is enough.
