What is Larmee?

Originally a word used to describe a bi-sexual kid, but more recently it was become a term used to describe a useless member in a band such as a bassist.
Stranger 1: Hey what's the story on that kid over there?
Stranger 2: He's larmee.
Stranger 1: So he plays both sides of the field?
Stranger 2: Yep he can't decide what he likes.
Stranger 1: So i has chance. =)
or more recently
Stranger 1: You're in a band?
Stranger 2: Yep, I play bass.
Stranger 1: Oh...... You're a larmee......where's the drummer?
