A verb meaning to screw up a business appointment, to forget an important meeting time/place, to miss your business flight, or to generally act in an unprofessional manner.

Man, I really lavoied that business trip! I lost my laptop in the cab on the way to the airport, I was held back by airport security for being a knob & missed my flight, and when I finally arrived I tried to check into the wrong hotel.
