NOUN: That pesky ploom of gas that just sits in your belly for extended periods of time, without the motivation to exit. You can't really push it out until it's good and ready to blossom into a fart on it's own.
"Man, I've had the "lazy gas" all day. I'm gonna blow out my o-ring if I keep trying to push it out!"
