Someone who is usually, however not always morbidly obese but has no recognizable disability, yet insists on driving around town on a motorized scooter designed for real handicapped people.
Stevie: "Wow how sad is that guy on his scooter, all gimped up".
Angus: "Hell no, he ain't handicapped, he's just lazycapped...look at him get up and walk into the burger joint".
