Little Dyke On Campus (LDOC): at women's colleges, the Big Man on Campus (BMOC) does not exist, nor does anyone want him to.

In his place, the BDOC (Big Dyke on Campus) reigns. She rules. But she's not the only hot chick around. This is where the LDOC comes in.

The LDOC can drive an 18 wheeler, catch a lobster with her bare hands, choroeograph a dance routine against censorship (to super gay club music), and explain Andrea Dworkin's upsides and downsides without sounding pompous. The LDOC is a little dyke, a lady diva, a lesbo diplomat, a lusty date, a learned disciple, and a legendary drinker.

Last Day Of Class. Used by students in away messages and Facebook status updates to denote their sheer enthusiasm at realizing the semester has come to an end. Exponentially more exciting when it is the LDOC of the year or LDOC of school (i.e. the end of high school, college, or professional school).

Not coined by Duke University, although they try to claim such.

Facebook status: "Jane Doe is LDOC!!!!"

Away message: "LDOC, baby!"

Flyer: "Come celebrate the LDOC by playing in the fountains!"
