What is Le Riche?

Le riche translates directly from french as "the rich one", however its english usage refers to somebody who eats excessively gluttonous food. and then feels the side effects at the other end. it can be either through terrible smelling flatulence, or seepage of fecal matter. Commonly used as a euphonism to avoid embarresment in the suburbs of south east london. Although it has been found in usage as far away as Jersey.
"The cream in that gratin dauphinoise has resulted in le riche."
"whats that smell?" "it's le riche!"
"My bum has leeked a bit of le riche"
