What is Leave A Little White?

To voluntarily abstain from completely doing something completely;
as in throwing a cigarette butt away with some smokable white stick left.
"Hey, don't drink all my beer! Leave a little white, will ya?"
"Dont eat all the Trix, leave me a little white."
"Did the toilet completely flush?"
"Nah, I left a little... er... white."
