A chalky, relatively dark appearance of skin that typically appears on necks, elbows and knees. The skin problem is common in the Philippines and other south east asian countries due to the sun's effect on skin.
Jon: I need to lotion my elbows. I spent all day in the sun and they're covered in lebug.
