To expand on the above definition (absolutely hilarious, by the way), lego fingers may also include red palms and fingers, and/or itchy hands.
Friend: Man, why are your hands all red, and why do you keep scratching them?
Me: Dude, building that giant castle gave me an intense case of lego fingers.
