The bro or chad in your group that is most in resemblence to a woman and has the demeanor of a baby (exp. crying over unsalted french fries, or bean burritos with onions). A Leighla is known for crying until some sort of acknowldgement is given. One attribute of a Leighla is there frequent ability to move fastly into the "friend zone" and surpass all chances of getting any play.
"That Leighla over there wouldn't stop crying about the lack of sugar at the bar."
Chad: "Look at that guy over there laying his mack down!"
Bryan: "Bro, that Leighla's never gonna get any play are you fabreeze?"
