When one person is really hungry, really broke, and too lazy to bring their own food from home. More often than not, you will hear say this phrase when fine or for the most part, any, food is in the area. The reason for the phasing of the word is that they are too hungry to form actual words and blend all seven words to form a word that even the simplest person can under stand.
