What is Lemming'd?

To boldly lie and defame a person or place in order to achieve what one wants.
To openly lie and make false accusations against a person or place in order to get someone to do what you would like.
My wife wanted to go out to eat the other night and she wanted to go to Olive Garden. Well, I hate that place so I 'Lemming'd' her and made up nasty things about the restaurant to convince her not to eat there.
