A halucination brought on by the use of psychedelic drugs. Tends to be seen riding on peoples shoulders, without the knowledge of the person being ridden. Usually seen doing sexual acts into the ear.
I was sitting there in class, trippin out on shrooms. I looked over at my friend, and lo and behold there was lemur man, fucking his ear.
