Glass of ice water ordered in a bar; typically ordered by lesbians (in order to avoid a bar bill). Lesbians are stereotypically cheap and "lesbian cocktails" allow lesbians to sit at a bar for long periods of time and not have to pay nor tip the bartender.
A bunch of girls came into my bar, sat for 2 hours and ordered nothing but lesbian cocktails.
