A rare but serious disorder in which someone believes their life portrays those of the Laguna Beach show on MTV. Symptoms of this are: Bitchyness, drama, cheating, and cockyness. This disorder can be treated with therapy, but the disorder stays with you for life.

I thought that girl was cool, but we got back to her house and I realized she had LGB syndrome. I got outta there faster than a whiteboy in Harlem.
