a phenomenon often observed by students at Oxford University - similar to beer goggles, but produced by prolonged periods in the library and a of lack of social interaction.

This lasts for up to 78 seconds after leaving the library and causes all girls, no matter how ugly, to appear dazzlingly attractive.
