What is Lick The Spoon?

To black out due to hard partying resulting in temporary (or permanent) mind loss. Originally derived from someone licking the spoon used to mix chemicals that make up window pane etc... but can be used when refering to a long and hard night of drinking.
Wow, it looks like Neil is gonna lick the spoon tonight.
