What is Lightning Blast?

When one or more people are sleeping in a dark room and somebody goes over and starts flicking the lights on and off really fast. Yelling "Lightning Blast!!!" while doing so is optional, but reccommended. A Lightning Blast will temporarily blind and most likely piss off your friends.
